Unclaimed Prizes

Do you have an unclaimed Premium Bond prize? Everyone is contacted automatically when they win a prize. But there are occasions when people have moved and not told NS&I. If you win a prize and NS&I can’t get in touch with you, they will hold on to the prize until you contact them.

Don’t worry, there’s no time limit for claims.
Prizes commonly become unclaimed because people forget to tell NS&I their new address when they move house, they have forgotten Bonds were bought for them when they were a child or executors are unaware the Bonds are held when someone dies.
